Atty. Oguz Evren Kilic completed his middle and high school education at Ankara Anatolian High School German Department. He earned his undergraduate degrees from Ankara University in various fields, including the Faculty of Law, the Faculty of Communication Journalism Department, and the Faculty of Political Sciences International Relations Department.

After graduating from the Faculty of Law, he completed his legal internship at the Ankara Bar Association. He has been practicing law since 2009.

He primarily engages in professional activities in the fields of criminal law, information technology law, capital markets, and finance law. His professional interests particularly include the legal aspects of blockchain and crypto asset technologies.

Currently, he serves as the Chairman of the Capital Markets and Finance Law Board of the Ankara Bar Association. In the past, he held various positions such as Vice Chairman of the Ankara Bar Association Information Technology Law Board, Vice Chairman of the Ankara Bar Association Publication Board, Member of the Ankara Bar Association CMK Center, Member of the Ankara Bar Association Lawyer Rights Center, Member of the Ankara Bar Association TOMAK, and Member of the Ankara Bar Association Animal Rights Board.

He is a founding member of the Blockchain and Crypto Asset Association and currently serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors.

He is a congress member of Besiktas Gymnastics Club.
